This is partly because online shops do not have opening or closing hours so commerce can be done at all hours and businesses do not pay rent for a physical store; so the costs for operating online is much cheaper.
5. Email marketing
Many people underestimate the power of email marketing. Email marketing can be done from lists of previous customers and/or people who sign up for mailing lists, or they can be acquired by buying or renting emails lists. Email marketing is a whole industry of its own, and those who utilize it properly find it to be very rewarding. Typically, emails can include promotions, sales, or even holiday greetings. The key in email marketing is the frequency and how often emails are sent. Overall, incorporating email into your overall online marketing strategy can be very rewarding.
